The European Union provides an online platform ("OS platform") for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes, which can be accessed at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

This platform serves as a point of entry for the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online purchase or service contracts in which a consumer is involved.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
